The application for Baptist Health Foundation 2010-2011 endowed scholarships is now available. Click here to print the application.
Deadline is May 21st, 2010.
The eligibility requirements are as follows:
- You must be a Freshman level student or higher to apply.
- You must complete the required essay as noted on the application.
- You must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and list BHSLR as one of your schools (code 031052).
Return the enclosed application to the Financial Aid Office along with the required essay by May 21st. |
