I love my job in healthcare because:
I enjoy the challenge of business management/sales and incorporating my nursing background into Medical Education. I get to visit with new nursing students coming into our classes. It is nice to see them so excited and I enjoy reassuring them it is a wonderful career.

My advice for students interested in healthcare is:
There are so many opportunities in nursing, take time to explore the different fields of nursing. Keep an open mind to opportunities that you may have in the healthcare profession.

What I enjoyed most about being a student at BHSLR:
As a student at Baptist Health Schools, it was a unique experience in that all the students were working toward the same goal...graduating from the RN Program. I learned teamwork in study groups and in the clinical setting. I really just enjoyed the whole learning experience and the friendships developed along the way were irreplaceable!
