General Application Information
Applicants must submit the following:
- Application for Admission.
- Official transcripts from all previously attended high schools, colleges, universities, career schools, professional schools, nursing schools, military schools, and postsecondary schools.
- An official copy of the American College Test (ACT) score and/or Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT) score.
